Extended Day Program

The Holy Rosary School Extended Day Program (EDP) offers before and after school care for students. The program is operated and supervised by the school. Only children enrolled in the school may participate. Activites include supervised play and homework time. EDP provides children with a mid-afternoon (after school) snack. We do not serve lunch or dinner. If you are a current family and would like to enroll, please contact the school.

Days and Hours of Operation

The program is open most days school is in session, regardless of the length of the school day, with some exceptions. The exceptions are some holidays - including the days before and during Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter breaks, the last day of school, and other pre-scheduled preparation days. These days are marked on the yearly calendar, monthly calendars, newsletters, and / OR other forms of communication from the school.   EDP hours Regular School Days: 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 - 5:45 p.m. Minimum Days: 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 - 5:45 p.m.  

EDP Fee Schedule/Rates:

Registration Fee:
$40 non refundable fee per child. (Due at time of EDP registration)

Flat Rate Plans:
Morning Only:                 $80 per child
Morning & Afternoon:     $280 per child
Afternoon Only:              $240 per child

Hourly Plan: (please see enrollment contract for billing schedule)
$8 per hour (per child) - (billed in 15 minutes increments). (i.e, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%: 100% = 1 hour)

Late Pick Up Fees:
$1 per minute after 5:45 p.m. $1 per minute after 12:45 p.m. if it is a minimum day and EDP is closed. (The school office closes at 1 pm)

Meal Fees:
EDP does not provide lunch or dinner. On minimum days, if a child attends EDP and does not bring a lunch, a small meal will be provided for a $5 charge.

Policies, Procedures, Financial Terms & Conditions:

Holy Rosary School EDP policies and procedures are equivalent to the policies and information listed in the parent/student school handbook. EDP Fees are listed above. . Financial information, schedules, late fees, and all other terms for EDP are consistent with the policies stated on the school tuition/finance contract. (please review EDP enrollment contract.)
