Purpose of the Advisory Commission:
The School Advisory Commission consults/advises the pastor and principal concerning school affairs and assists in creating school policy. Its membership is comprised of parents/guardians of registered students and registered member of the parish. The School Advisory Council holds regular meetings every month. These meetings are open for anyone to attend. We encourage all parents to attend.

Membership:
Membership is based on certain elligibility and space requirements. Please contact Principal for more details.

Meetings:
The Advisory Commission meets monthly, September through November and January through May. All meetings occur from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. and are usually located within the St. Mary's room at our Pastoral Center on 503 California Street. The dates they meet are on our yearly calendar and are usually on the third Monday of the month. As needed, the school principal or Advisory Commission, with the permission of the principal, may call additional meetings to provide program information, etc., or cancel a meeting during the year.
